DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Order procedure
Univers Figurine undertakes to accept an order within the framework of the General Conditions expressed here.
Any order may be processed within the limits of availability of products in stock or from suppliers.
Orders via the Internet are reserved for individuals and natural persons within the framework of the normal needs of a household.
In the event that, despite our vigilance, an article were to become temporarily unavailable, the dispatch of the article would in fact be deferred. In the case of an order comprising several articles, the dispatch of the available products will be carried out. The customer will then be notified of the product's rupture by a message written on his invoice. The subsequent dispatch of the missing product(s) will be made at our expense.
In the case of an item that has become permanently unavailable, a credit note or a refund can be obtained, free of charge.
Exchanges and refunds
Univers Figurine undertakes to make a full refund of the products, within 14 days of receipt of the order. Products must be returned at the customer's expense. The products must be in good condition and in their original packaging as delivered.
At the end of the 14 days, the products are considered accepted and conform to the order.
